1. Subscription Scope & Pricing

KY IPTV offers fixed-duration subscription plans (1 Month from $9.99 USD, 3 Months from $24.99 USD, 6 Months from $39.99 USD, and 12 Months from $59.99 USD) across 1 to 5 simultaneous connection tiers (view all subscription plans). All prices are stated and charged in US Dollars (USD) as one-time payments for the selected term.

2. Connection Policy & Acceptable Use

Each subscription grants the simultaneous active stream connections specified at checkout (1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 simultaneous connections).
Publicly posting, reselling (outside an authorized XUI Reseller account), or restreaming your M3U or Xtream Codes credentials will result in immediate suspension of the line.

3. Device, Application & Network Responsibility

KY IPTV provides credential access compatible with third-party media players (such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, XCIPTV, and IBO Player). Customers are responsible for maintaining a stable broadband internet connection (15–25+ Mbps) and compatible playback hardware (see Compatible Devices).

4. Third-Party Trademarks

All third-party application names, device brands, and software references (including XUI.ONE and Kemo IPTV) belong to their respective owners. KY IPTV claims no official affiliation or endorsement from those third parties.
